DUMPSTAT EXPLORER NOW AVAILABLE!

After much anticipation and interest, we are very happy to offer DUMPStat Explorer for sale. This exciting new program designed to evaluate hydrogeochemical data is currently available to existing DUMPStat and CARStat users for use on licensed sites. In a month or so, we’ll be ready to ship the next version of Explorer which will be a stand-alone product capable of importing any data, for an unlimited number of sites.

The current demo version of Explorer can be downloaded from our website here. If you are interested in trying Explorer but do not have DUMPStat or CARStat, you can download either of these demos too. Then, you may either work with our included demo data, or import new data into DUMPStat or CARStat to see Explorer’s output with your own ions & numbers.

GET IT WHILE IT’S HOT!
As an introductory offer, Explorer is available to existing DUMPStat and CARStat users for only $795. This is a savings of $200 off the regular retail price of $995, and is only available until September 30, 2002. This includes all program updates for a year (including the stand-alone full version when it’s ready) and unlimited technical support that may be used for DUMPStat and CARStat as well.

DUMPSTAT/CARSTAT QUICKTIP

Using zones to separate analyses for different well & constituent selections? You might want to consider using sublists instead. While they are not always a suitable substitute, they are good for separating particular constituents and wells, or for doing constituents for all wells except one which only needs one or two constituents. Using sublists allows you to have power charts for your overall site, while power charts generated when using zones apply only to that particular zone.

To set up sublists, choose Define Sublist… from the Constituents or Sample Points/Locations menu.

NEWS & RELEASES

DUMPSTAT & CARSTAT Version 2.1.7 now available:
DUMPStat and CARStat 2.1.7 are now available for download, either as a full installation or patch. Minor items related to graph display and printer choice have been changed. Windows XP:
DUMPStat and CARStat now have Windows XP beta statistical modules installed during the main program installation. These updated stats modules are required because of changes in Windows XP that affect memory organization. If our setup program detects the presence of Windows XP, you will be notified with a message indicating that the stats modules will be installed, but that they are only beta versions. You have the option of refusing installation, however the statistical analyses will not complete properly without the correct modules.
